I've asked this a couple places and keep getting different answers. So I thought I'd try you gals!

How much wool for a newborn stash?
I am planning on using fitteds the first couple months or until the baby grows out of them. DS was a bigger baby so he was out of "newborn" diapers pretty fast. I'll also get a few NB PUL covers for under some outfits.

So do I bother with any NB soakers? Just do sleep sacks? I'm planning making any longies in small so that the lil one can grow into them.

I didn't know about sleep sacks with mine. I would have totally had at least two if I did. I like soakers for newborns, they are easy off and easy on and fit under clothes fairly well.
For a number I think you'll be safe with say
3-4 soakers
2 sleepsacks
and say
6 pul covers
thats for the warm months. I would add three or four longies for winter.

Now i know thats higher than you have to have but newborns poo often and sometimes a lot. It was worth it to me to not have to wash every single day.
