And I'm not even having sleep issues right now, so I can't blame it on that. The only thing I can think of is the pollen? I'm on meds..
It's so frustrating.

I've had migraines for 33 years. I hate them. 4 years ago I got one that never went away. I now have something called persistent idiopathic facial pain, which means it hurts all the time, and they know and accept it hurts all the time, but they can't tell me why. I'm disabled now and can't work. I'd rather just have migraines, and i know *just* is a rotten word to use, but at least they were sporadic.
Since they are caused physiologically by increased bloodflow to the brain and can be caused by multiple stressors including allergens, stress, illness and many others, you might want to grab some Zyrtec or Claritin or the generic equivalent and see if it helps. Also, if they are more frequent during pre-menstrual phase, sometimes a diuretic will help since it keeps the extra fluid from building up and wanting to run to your head.

(((Mama))) I have been getting migraines since I was a teenager. At the risk of aging myself, let's just say that I have been getting them for 20 years. And they suck! I am so sorry. It could very well be the pollen. I hope you feel better soon.

Have they checked your sinus cavities? I cannot imagine having a migraine constantly! I hope they can figure something out.

Have you tried Imitrex?
And what about taking raw honey from your local area to help with the pollen senstivity.
