Rice recipes

We really love rice, but we don't really eat it a lot because I can't think of easy ways to make it. We do have a rice cooker, so I would like to find recipes using rice as part of the main course or side dishes with rice.

On DS there was a thread on how to make homemade rice-a-roni type stuff. I can't really go there due to the eAIDs scare, anyone have any similar recipes?

Easy thing I do is to never use water. I use stock, broth, soup, etc etc instead of water in the rice cooker
