like the Luby's style rolls or cafeteria style rolls not Grands! style. How do you make them?

This is the recipe I always use for homemade rolls. It's called a burger buns recipe, but I make them as rolls in a 9x13 pan. I just divide the dough for 12 or 18 rolls, depending on who I am feeding, and bake for about 12-15 minutes. You can also make them up the night before and stick them in the fridge overnight if you're baking them for thanksgiving dinner or whatever. You just have to let them sit out & get to room temp before you bake them. GL!
Also... they are great served with honey butter. drool....
