Yup...on that OTHER site, you could change it. Here the title fairy comes and writes something you once said in it. Usually something stupid and/or sex related.
Watch what you SAY. She's EVERYWHERE!!!!

I think any of the mods/admins can do it, but you can't request it (or you end up with something like..."I requested a title so this is what I got" :toofunny:

Keeps people honest.

That way you can't go back and change what you said. It's all about owning your words.

:yeahthat: It eliminates the "....nevermind" posts when people get ripped a new one for saying something stupid.

Here you're stuck with it...but expect to be told...:wrong:

I dont' think you will run into unwarranted attacks here. If a discussion gets heated or whatever, most just get to the point to agree to disagree. The heated topics also do not carry over anywhere else on the board. One of the great things about this board is that everyone treats you with respect....as long as you do the same. This board rocks :)

ok good because other boards can be unnecessarily harsh sometimes and it get outta hand
~~~~~~~
or at least they allow unnecessary harshness to occur without stopping it when obviously it is not what the original post is about...
We do not have many rule shere, but when a member begins being attacked for their parenting choices we draw the line. Don't worry we may not all agree but we are all adults with our own opinions. Most of our members can just agree to disagree.
Everyone is super sweet here, & the whole tone of the board is friendlier than most, imo. I only miss the edit button when I make typos.
That WILL NOT happen here. We may not all agree about parenting choices and exactly what to do, but no one has the right to attack or criticize your choices as long as they aren't harming the child.
That being said, you WILL get strong opinions and suggestions and women who are passionate about certain subjects. Hopefully we're all able to keep our posting clear so the passion comes through without seeming "on the attack".
Be respectful...that's the most important rule here (well, after send Mom chocolate...lol).
We're different, you'll see. :bighug:
