Not seeing pics from 1 person

If you click on the ABP stop sign symbol in the upper right corner it should show you the url of blocked images on the page you're viewing. You can click on the url to view the image.

Are you trying to look at these pictures at work? (sorry if you are a WAHM - I'm still getting to know everyone) If you are, sometimes work blocks certain photo sharing websites.

Also, and I'm not implying this of the person that you are talking about, but it could be that when she posted the photo, she didn't post to a photo sharing site first (i.e, she tried to post a pic directly from her hard drive) OR, she didn't copy and paste the entire photo link.

I've noticed that you have said that you've changed your avatar, and all I ever see is the clothdiapermama one with a blue pin (I think), so I don't know if that has anything to do with it! :)

As for Mom/Stepmom's avi, she probably changed her profile pic, not her avi.

You're running Firefox? Is it the latest version?

While you're in FF, go to Tools > Option > Content Are all the boxes at the top checked? Check your exceptions for Load Images if it's not checked. You may need to add the website.

All your settings are ok in your User.

Do you log out, shut down your browser and log back in? You may need to clear your cookies/cache and try typing in just the website addy, instead of using a previous link, kwim?

Cookies are always cleared when I get off the internet. Also yes all of the boxes are checked, its the newest FF yes.

Interesting. I'm running firefox and have never seen any of her pics show up either. Her avi has also stayed as the diaper pin despite me seeing her say she's changed it twice.

I think with the avi, she changed her profile pic and not the avi pic. Her profile pic is an Obama pic. So that might be. As for the pic's can someone link me to the thread where they don't show up?

Make sure you're clicking the change avi link, not the profile picture. They are 2 separate things. There's nothing in your settings preventing you from changing your avi. If you load something that's too big tho, it may not accept it.

We don't have an auto-resizer on this board, so be sure you're shrinking them on your computer prior to upload. There are several free programs available to do this or if you use Photobucket or any other photo-sharing site, they should have the ability to resize your photos too. :)

I think when you upload them unsized/shrunk down, some computer settings don't allow them to be seen. I'm still testing that theory...MILES, go check the thread I linked Mom to earlier in this thread and tell me if you can see the pix!
