Our finalization date for DS has been set for December 3.:yay:

LOL, I know! We submitted for a TIN, but our attorney did everything that she could to make sure it happened in 2009.

We have already been told ours will not be final by the end of this year (agency super dropped the ball and let our homestudy lapse)...so now we are fighting the agency to get the right paperwork so that we can file for ATIN.
