If I'm honest--sweet peas (I know.. I know.. not even a food!). I have such happy memories of my grandpa's garden and him growing sweet peas for me amongst the string beans. It was probably the most tender and loving thing the man ever did for me. Every year I sprinkle a few seeds along my climbing wall in memory of him.

What is your favorite 80's movie????

DS #1 was 10 lbs even at birth. DS #1 was 10 lbs 1 oz. woof. I'm only 5"2 with a small frame.. that's what I get for marrying a giant.
Favorite book of all time: probably Le Petit Prince. I read it in high school in English and French and loved it so much. I also love Jonathon Livingston Seagull. I read both of those books at times when I was doing a lot of growing.. so maybe that's why they come to mind first.
Diapering item? When it comes down to it.. fuzzibunz. I've been around the block cloth diapering and always come back to good ol' fbs.

Aw thanks. If I do say so myself, he's a great baby. Seriously. He lined up with my older boy's routine really well (which is great.. because DS#1.. yeah.. we don't mess with his schedule). His name is Joey.. well... Joseph Everett.

That's amazing. We had a heck of a time adjusting DS to dd when she was born.
Is he nursing well??
Sorry, I've turned your thread into "Deanna chats with Manda" :teehee:

Aww.. it's all good! Like I said, I seriously missed like a TON of you all here!
He's a great nurser. We had a rough few first days (I got lazy and totally fell asleep nursing and landed up with some bad latches. Ow.).. but we made it through that and then he got RSV when he was 2.5 weeks old (my older boy had it as well. What a freakin' nightmare) and we made it through that too and he's still exclusively nursed... and we didn't have to go to the hospital for the RSV. It was SUCH a testament to how amazing mother's milk is to me!
How are your kiddos?

They're good. HUGE. I can't believe that Lukas is 4 and Emma is almost 2. She talks a lot (wonder where she gets that), and is showing interest in the potty.
It ALMOST makes me sad that I'm not having any more (notice...ALMOST :giggle:)

oh man.. would I LOVE for DS#1 to show interest in the potty... hes 2.5 now.. and has gone in the potty like ONCE. Luckily 2 in diapers doesnt seem to be TOO bad.. so far. Gotta run and go get my brother--hes going to give my laptop a deep-clean.. just to make sure I dont have the internet cooties.

Ha. No I'm not a mod. I haven't been a mod for almost a year now (since July 7th.. my son's birthday). Apparently I didn't work hard enough for free for them.

Are you a righty or lefty?
Manda00

Im a righty.
I'm def. a comedy girl. I can't stand horror or even remotely scary movies.. and I don't watch any R rated movies.

crayons, markers, or colored pencils?
Color pencils. They don't melt like crayon will... and I hate the sound of markers when you're coloring. Weird.
