What a disgusting mess!!!

MY only regret is that is wife and anybody else who knew are not getting shipped off to jail right along with him!

I have not completely stayed caught up on this story, but how do we know that the wife was involved? I heard something this morning on GMA, but I did not catch all of it since I was getting ready for work.

I still can't believe that he did this and how long it took to be caught at it. It is blows the mind.

His wife did the books. It is also believed that his grown children and some others may be in on the whole thing too. The investigation is ongoing.

He got away with it because there was so little oversight from the SEC. Had the old SEC chair not resigned recently he might still be getting away with the whole thing.

I think the whole damn family is involved and it sickens me that they will likely be left with a vast sum of money. Sickens me. They should feel shame, but I am quite sure that they are laughing to the bank.

Oh my goodness.. What a disgusting mess... I agree, they should all be toted off to jail as well.

While he was waiting for today to come he was sitting in his penthouse. There were all of these notes and things that he'd send to the courts. HE was very upset with the limitations that were placed on him while he was home.

I think anything that has his name on it should be seized as an asset to try to start paying back these people. it's a damn shame!

If that leaves his wife without a home then so be it!

There's no way he did all of this by himself. I think the wife should go down too! I believe that she will.

I think as all of the details come out everyone involved will be joining him.
