If my dog makes it through the night then he'll be put down in the morning.
I hope that it's OK if I post an emotional post. It's almost midnight here and there is no one up to talk to.
Tipton is 16 years old. I haven't lived with him for a few years. He stayed with my grandfather when I bought my house. My grandfather just called a little bit ago and said he hadn't moved all day. I wish he would have called me earlier. Then he wouldn't have to suffer through the night all alone. I'm home alone with the kids and no car. I have no way to get to him until DH gets off work in the morning. I feel like such a jerk. I wish there was something I could do tonight. I don't want him to be alone. He collapsed in the garage and my grandfather isn't strong enough to carry him inside. Tipton is 70 lbs. If you read this, please send some pain free vibes / prayers to my dog. I love him so much. I don't even know what to tell the kids. DD knows she plays with him every Sunday. I don't even know what to say.

Aww.... I am soo sorry!!! It's soo heartaching to lose a family pet! Especially one you have had for soo long!! Good luck tomorrow!

I am so sorry. I hope Tipton does not suffer tonight and that you have a chance to tell him your goodbyes in the morning.

Awww mama. I am so sorry. I have also lost beloved dogs and it is so heartbreaking. I will keep you and Tipton in my thoughts.
