Bram sure as ~POOP~ just sounded out "cat". He said "kuh, ahh, chuh, CACH!" (He's not so good at T sounds.) Then for "the" he said "chuh, huh, eh" and he looked puzzled so I told him that was "THE" and he looked at me like I was nuts.
