WAHMs Please Read
We are making some rule changes as far as how things will be posted in Show your stuff.
WAHMs may not post items they intend to sell in the craft area show your stuff. Items you intend to sell must be posted in the WAHM show your stuff area. You must not spam your products..... this means the same post does not need to be bumped repeatedly by you. Either the post generates interest or it doesn't. You may bump your post in a reasonable manner (use common sense). If you have transactions to discuss or business to conduct relating to your WAHM post then please do so via PMs. Show your stuff is for items that are crafted for you or as gifts for someone else any post breaking the new rules will be moved to the proper forum repeated rule breaking and we will not allow you to post in the WAHM area or show your stuff for a period of time (to be determined by admin) We love our WAHMs and we love seeing your gorgeous products, but we feel we need to put some restrictions on how you promote your products on our forums. As always banner advertising is available for a nominal fee you can contact Mom about this all monies generated from banner advertisements are put back into the costs of running the board our board is not free....

you may bump fsot posts in a reasonable manner
500 posts in one thread and 375 of them are from you bumping is a bit excessive we are trying to cut down on this

Is this rule similar for the rest of the marketplace? I see quite a bit of items FSOT being bumped over and over. Does this work? or does leaving it alone and waiting work as well?

with bumping of any kind you need to use common sense
a thread does not need to be bumped continually if it remains on the first page once every few days or so for a little while is one thing to bump twice a day every day is a bit spammy

you know something we could do to, is when we make a sale from this site we could donate a % of it back.
unfortanily you would have to count me out, since i sale most of my things at my cost and with out shipping, so i end up shipping on my $. but when i dont do that i would be willing to donate $5 or something like if i make 20$ donate 5$ or what not. just an idea.

I really dont mean to seem like an idiot but i am reading this and getting confused?? So when you reply to people off your post your bumping your titlw up? How do you respond to people from that spot without doing so. I'm getting really confused about what i should or shouldnt be doing?
