Fifty bucks of fun money
Aaron and I decided we should both get $50 from the income tax return for fun money (the rest goes towards pre paying fuel for next year, how BORING) He bough a nice pair of sunglasses,
and I POURED over this $50 decision. I knew it would be knitting related, as currently, I feel like my knitting habit is my own little therapy session. Spending some time wiht my needles is so relaxing. So. . .gulp. . .I did it. . .I bought the Cadilac of DPN's (for my most obsessive knitting, socks) Signature needles. $55.00 for one set. I sorta figure they will keep on knitting when I put them down, right?

Crap, I just snapped my very last bambo #1 DPN (well, I was down to four, I like to use five, but now I just have three, totally useless) See, another good reason to use priority shipping!
How can people use tiny bambo needles? I mean, I have big hands, but I think I have a very light touch when knitting, but dang if these suckers don't bend so much- and eventually break.

I think everyone deserves to budget their tax refunds and what's left, using it for a luxury item.
